Hello from the Harbor!!!! Well, it would seem that some cold front has swept in, chilling the shore down a bit, but hey it is almost November.  So here, I would make a comment on the World Series, however, the inclement weather ruined my ability to comment on said game after Monday night, and certain friends of mine who originate from a certain local north of here would say I was kiebaashing them if I made any sort of comment, so I won’t.  Anyway…

 

Fall specials are back on tap in Ocean City.  It is almost too cheap to eat out, to mess around with staying home.  On Mondays we have our world famous Mako Entrees on special for half price.  On Tuesday, the ever popular $2 Tuesday with food and drink specials, at the bar only from 4 until 10.  On Wednesday we have our 3 course select menu for $30.  And on Thursdays, a night for the Winos… All bottles of wine under $40 are half price.  What a deal!  And everyday we open at 11:30 and are serving our delicious $5 lunch specials.

 

And on the horizon we have our first wine pairing of the fall coming up on November 14th featuring the wines of Rosenblum vineyards. And as always we will be frying up the deep fried turkeys for your Thanksgiving pleasure.  You can come in and sit down for a full plate or get a whole bird and all the fixin’s to go.  It is SPEC TAC UUUU LAR!!!

 

Well thanks to everyone stopping by at the bar this week.  Even though the wind was blowing and the temperatures were dropping…. Delores, John, Pat & Bill came by to keep us company and put back a few lites.  Dave and Loraine navigated the bad weather for a pleasant appearance.  Wrecked ‘Em and Sofacrat appeared for some football fun.  Mike, Mike, Mike…. If you don’t water instead of vodka, you have to be nicer to your bartender, and I mean I know that you didn’t have any parental supervision this week, it doesn’t absolve you of responsibility.    I mean it makes it uncomfortable for Chuck, Nancy, Rick and Karen when they are sitting down being good.  Smith Clan thanks for stopping in for some dinner.  Jorge keep on liteing the way, go Penn State.  Hook em horns K N K… hope there are some seats downstairs for you next time.  Thanks everybody.
